I feel like making another post in this blog, but I can't think of anything to talk about. I always seem to talk about movies, so how about this:
Go (rent/buy/whatever you have to do) Wristcutters: A Love Story. It's a really good movie. Friggin' (curse words are bad(not really)) aces in my book. It's a movie about a guy who kills himself, and finds out that people who kill themselves end up in an afterlife where everything is the same, just a little bit worse. Later, he finds out his girlfriend killed herself, and so he sets out to find her. Really awesome movie, and if it doesn't sound good from my description, try looking up the trailer. That should be enough.
So I saw Penelope tonight. It's a pretty great movie, I think. This may be partially because, for some reason, lately I've really taken to love stories and stuff. Like I don't really care if a movie is a "chick flick". I just find them to be good. Maybe Hollywood has somehow started making good movies geared towards women, or maybe they're gearing the women's movies further towards men. I dunno. But this is like the third girly type movie that I've enjoyed thoroughly. The others were Dan in Real Life and Definitely, Maybe. I don't really know where I'm going with this, so I will cut myself off.
I am typing! Look at me go! You can't. You can only see the results, not the AMAZZING process. There is an extra "z" because it's JUST THAT GREAT. I just got back from Tupelo, where I used my mic and laptop to record one of my friends' acousto-grunge song demos. I don't care much for grunge, and this song isn't that great, but it's always fun to be involved in little creative endeavors like this. So I'll be trying to mix it and fix it until it can sound as good as possible. We'll see how that goes. You don't care, though, do you? Because you don't exist. I am typing to a hypothetical person. I have no way of knowing whether anyone will read this or not. I WILL CRY NOW. Because I want to be an emo (lie.). Emos are COOL (a BIG lie.).
I don't really have anything to say here. I just felt like doing a blog post. So Valentine's Day is gone, and of course, I spent it like I would any other day. Moping. Or mopping. Both of those are a lie. I lied to you, interwebs! And there is nothing you can do about it! What? Oh. I didn't care for my grandmother anyway. So you can have her. I didn't do anything special for the day o' love (or whatever it's supposed to be). I ended up meeting my friends at the mall, and we rode around for a while, doing nothing but keeping everyone company. This is a rather large block of text. I don't have much else to say. That was my current event for today, I guess.
