I want to fix my sleeping rhythm, I've been working for a long time in the afternoons, researching in the nights and sleeping in the mornings that even when i don't have to follow this crazy rhythm anymore i cant help it, but soon ill have to work in the mornings and i don't know well how to approach this problem, i tried staying awake for a couple of days but that only lead to sleeping 20 hours at once :P any tip?
by the way, when i am sleepy i get all giggly and cuddly, i wonder if i seem stoned to other ppl :P
