My best friend, a very nice lady, is tall 1,93 and have 45 of feet!! In U.S.A. maybe 13 size....
In Italy is impossible to buy a pair of shoes with that number! For tall ladies is too hard to have a good pair of shoes!! Anyone with this problem??

No its not a problem.. you just have to know where to shop.. I wear a size 12.. I am a shoe freak.. i have over 400 pairs ranging from gymshoes to highheels.. tips.. goto to stores that cater to drag queens its a gold mine for sexy shoes.. also check out clearance or close out rackets.. because the smallest and largest size are the last to go.. you can get really good deal.
